BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST YOU DECLARE THAT YOU HAVE READ THE OFFICIAL RULES BELOW AND FULLY AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Conform: By submitting your Entry, you agree that your Entry conforms to all official rules listed below and that Sponsors, in their sole discretion, may remove your Entry and disqualify you from the Contest if they believe your entry fails to conform.

Material: The Entry must not contain material that violates, misappropriates, or infringes upon any law or regulation or the rights of any third party, including any copyright, trademark, or any rights of publicity or privacy, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights. The Entry must not include any identifiable information, such as an Entrant's company, logo, brand names or trademarks. The Entry must not disparage any person or entity, contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, and/or defamatory. The Entry must not contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age. The Entry must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where Entry is created.

Minors: If a minor child is in the Video, you, as the entrant, must be the parent or legal guardian of the minor child depicted in the Video or must have the permission of the parent or legal guardian of the minor child depicted in the Video and you must provide such consent to Sponsors, on minor's behalf, upon request.

Dates:The "Yo-Yo Dance Contest" contest period starts 12:00 AM Central Time on June 3, 2021 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on August 7, 2021. The winner will be announced by September 7, 2021.

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any money is necessary to enter the contest. Purchase will not improve the chances of winning. All federal, state and/or local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

Prize: One prize of $100 will be awarded to the "Winner". The prize is supplied by WooBright. Prizes are not substitutable for any other item by winner. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and fees, plus any other incidentals. Winners will be required to sign a liability/publicity release and affidavit of eligibility form prior to receipt of a prize acknowledging that WooBright has the right to publicize his/her name and likeness, the fact that he/she has won the a certain prize, and all matters incidental thereto. The winner will be required to waive any and all claims against the Sponsors for any loss which may occur from participation in the contest or from the receipt or use of the prize. Non-compliance will result in disqualification and forfeit of prize.

How to Win: Winner will be selected by a panel of judges at WooBright after they review all submissions and select the winning Entry. Their selection will be based on a number of criteria, including overall skill and talent of performance. Winner will be contacted via email, phone or text message, or whatever contact method is shown on their respective social media.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend upon the number of people entering.

Release and Indemnification: The contestants and winners agree to release, discharge, and idemnify and hold harmless the Sponsors, their respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and all others associated with the development and execution of this contest, including their respective employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the contest and the awarding and use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury and/or property damage nor for any any other claims, damages, charges, fines or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind, or any claims of violation of rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a Prize or participation in this Contest or in any Contest-related activity. The Released Parties shall have no liability for any problems or errors of any kind whether computer, network, mechanical, human, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest.

Internet Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for failures or malfunctions of phones, tablets, computers or other hardware or devices (each a "Device"); phone lines, cellular systems or data transmission systems; interrupted or unavailable networks, server or other connections; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet; or any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to any person's Device related to or resulting from Contest participation.

Disqualification: In the event that a winner fails to claim his or her prize within 30 days of notification or fails to meet the eligibility requirements of the contest, the unawarded prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected by the same panel of judges.

Privacy: WooBright does not share any private information collected about contestants.

Disputes: By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges. Any dispute regarding the sweepstakes or these rules will be resolved by a panel of judges from WooBright. and their decision shall be final.
